The School Support team offers a comprehensive range of professional services including Finance, Governance, IT, HR, Data, Estates, Marketing, Procurement, Catering, Health and Safety, and Community Partnerships. These services are designed to be responsive and adaptable, enabling school leaders to focus on what matters most, children’s learning and wellbeing.
Our strategic vision embraces the enhancement of our systems through automation, data intelligence, and the integration of emerging technologies. Our ambition is to use tools such as Artificial Intelligence not as replacements, but as enhancements, freeing staff from administrative tasks and increasing the overall effectiveness of support services. This streamlined approach allows educators to dedicate more time to teaching and leadership, improving the quality of education across the Trust.
The School Support team is designed for scalability and adaptability, utilising technological advancements to ensure seamless collaboration across geographic barriers. We also extend our impact beyond the school day. Through our subsidiary, ALP Active, we maximise the use of school facilities by turning them into active community spaces. This provision promotes healthy, active lifestyles while strengthening community bonds across all generations.
