Admissions
We are delighted that you are considering applying for a place at one of the Academies, part of the Advance Learning Partnership.
The Advance Learning Partnership is the admission authority and is responsible for determining its admission arrangements. The Trust has determined that all admissions will be coordinated through the Local Authority School Admission arrangements.
Therefore applications for places at any Academy across Advance Learning Partnership will need to be made in accordance with the statutory Admission Code and will be made on the Common Application Form provided and administered by the Local Authority on behalf of Advance Learning Partnership Trust.
The Authority has determined co-ordinated admission schemes as required by law for the next academic year. This means that a parent completes the Common Application Form expressing their preferences and the Authority liaises with schools and other local authorities on their behalf.
The Local Authority will inform the parent of the outcome of their application, including the reason for the refusal and information on the appeals process if a place is refused at any of their preferred schools.
The Local Authority will communicate the outcome of individual applications to parents on our behalf on the national offer day.

Any parent wishing to consider the academy for their child can contact the academy for an appointment with the Headteacher to look around.
If you are offered a place with us on national offer day then we will use the contact details we receive from your child’s primary school to contact you regarding any pre-admission communication. We would be grateful if you could ensure that the contact details your child’s primary school hold for you are up-to-date.
The type of pre-admission communication you might expect to receive from us includes details regarding ordering uniform, transfer day and any other communication that would ensure your child has everything they need before their first day with us.
The personal information that we receive from the primary school is held securely and will only be used for essential pre-admission information, in accordance with data protection legislation.
